Library


 Any number of books can be borrowed by students to read during the week, Studnets may however complete the book review before issuing new one. The Librarian holds the rights to issue books to the students.
 
 
  • ISSUE/RETURN TIME: Library Periods/Milk Break/Lunch Break.
  • Students who enter into the library please write your name and sign in the Gate entry register, which is kept in the library entrance.
  • Silence and strict discipline should be maintained in the library by all users. Students ensure that no reader should feel disturbed in their study by any act of his/her.
  • Reference books (Encyclopaedia, Dictionaries and other rare collections) will not be issued on loan. Those are only for Library Reference.
  • Users before issuing the book must satisfy themselves as to whether the books are in good condition and any damage should be immediately reported to the staff.
  • Any marking inside the books by the users is strictly prohibited.
  • Loss of books, if any, shall be reported to the librarian immediately and it shall be replaced by another good copy of the latest edition immediately. In case the borrower is unable to replace the lost books, the latest cost of books plus surcharges, if any will be levied.
  • Students can issue/return the books in any week days, but no consultation in the same day.
  • Any students misbehaviour in the library will lead to take disciplinary action against him/her.
  • Personal belongings like BAGS, OWN BOOKS,ISSUED BOOKS and OTHER ARTICLES (except laptop and notepads) will not be allowed inside the library.
  • Eatables or drinks are not allowed inside the library.
  • No books will be issued during summer holidays.Students may use the discussion rooms for any project or research work.
  • Class Library Books are issued only to the respective class teachers; who are responsible for their safe return to the library.
  • Computers in the library premises should be used for academic purposes only.
  • Sreenidhi International School Library provides online products (i.e) Questia online library** e textbooks, Journals, Magazines and International Newspapers.
  • Staff or students can use only those digital Information services within the school working hours.

4) Fabulous concept-ISD.The kids get to learn much more about different Nations, their history, culture, food, economy, and tourism and so much more. It’s so much informative when done this way through activities rather than just reading. This is almost one of my favorite days in the entire
