Malcolm Nicolson (Head of School)

Malcolm Nicolson (Head of School) has worked in international education for over 25 years. He has worked in the UK, the Bahamas, Thailand and the Netherlands in schools, further education, and as a consultant. Malcolm headed the design and development of MYP and DP curriculum and assessment at the IB in a global role. He is a British citizen, and born in Zambia. He has earned: BSc. Ecological Sciences (University of Edinburgh, UK), PGCE – Biology and PE (University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK), MA. International Education (University of Bath, UK), and MSc. Energy and Environmental Management (Teesside University, UK).

Vinodhini Mary (PYP Coordinator)

Vinodhini Mary (PYP Coordinator) believes every child is unique and deserves a caring, inspiring, and engaging atmosphere in which they grow emotionally, intellectually, and socially. She wants to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing a safe, risk-taking, and collaborative environment. It is her personal responsibility and goal to help all students grow to be the best that they can be! She is proud to be a part of our future responsible, kind and productive citizens of the world. Vinodhini has 19 years of experience as an educator in state, CBSE and the IB board. She has earned a Masters in English Literature, is a Commerce graduate and holds a B.Ed in Social & Science. She has been a part of the Sreenidhi family for 14 years and has taught Grades 2-8 and is now the PYP Coordinator, leading and mentoring other teachers, leading Professional Development sessions and mentoring teachers new to the PYP.

Tonderai Mutasa (MYP Coordinator)

Tonderai Mutasa (MYP Coordinator) has spent the past 25 years in education, over 20 of which have been in international schools. He has worked in 6 different countries across Africa and Asia. With a strong scientific and technical background, he has developed multiple technical facilities ranging from IT to Design in multiple countries. Tonderai’s education profile: BSc. Physics and Mathematics (University of Zimbabwe), PGCSE Mathematics, (University of South Africa), PGCE. Sreedevi Varakavi(DP Coordinator)

Sreedevi Varakavi(DP Coordinator) stands at the fastest moving forefront of the ever-changing educational platform, with past experience of 18 years as subject leader, Math facilitator and network coordinator, excelled at remaining calm under pressure and staying focused on the timely completion of all project milestones. She has worked for national and international curricula in India and Dubai with her strong ability to provide strategies for experiential learning and improvising the methods of teaching and effective application of different classroom management techniques. She enjoys helping teenagers to reach their academic goals and holds an educational background of Masters in Mathematics (Osmania University), Bachelors in Education (Osmania University) Post Graduation Diploma in Computers (Osmania University).
